Frequently Asked Questions
What sizes does the HELLSTAR Black Records Skull Hoodie come in?
The HELLSTAR Black Records Skull Hoodie is available in S, M, L and XL (4 sizes). Hellstar runs with an oversized, unisex silhouette — if you want a regular fit rather than a baggy one, most buyers size down one. Full measurements for each size are listed in the size guide on this page.
Is this hoodie authentic Hellstar?
No — everything sold at Hellstar World is a high-grade replica, clearly labelled as such, which is why it costs a fraction of retail. The HELLSTAR Black Records Skull Hoodie is made from a heavyweight cotton blend with the spider-web graphic applied in water-based ink, and every order is inspected before it ships.
How long does shipping take, and is it tracked?
Orders are packed and dispatched within 24 hours. Delivery runs 9–11 business days by registered airmail with full tracking. Shipping is free on orders of two items or more.
What if the size does not fit?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a size exchange or return. Items must be unworn with tags attached. Faulty or incorrectly sent items are replaced at our cost — just message us with your order number.
How much does it cost, and are there bulk discounts?
The HELLSTAR Black Records Skull Hoodie is $66.50. Prices are in USD and already include our direct-from-source margin — there is no retail markup. For wholesale or multi-item orders, message us on WhatsApp and we will quote a bulk price.
